Symbiosis National Aptitude Test, popularly known as SNAP, is the mandatory MBA Entrance Exam for Admission to 17 Symbiosis Institutes including SIBM Pune, SCMHRD Pune and SIBM Bangalore. SNAP Eligibility Criteria is given below. 

• Education Qualification: Graduate from any recognised University/ Institution of National Importance with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes) at graduation. 
• Candidates in final year of their Graduation are also eligible to apply for SNAP exam 
• Age Limit: There is no minimum of maximum age limit for taking SNAP exam 

In addition, there are specific eligibility criteria for different MBA colleges. 

Taking SNAP exam is mandatory for apply to MBA programs offered by 17 different MBA colleges under Symbiosis University. In addition to registering for SNAP Test, candidates should additionally register for MBA programs offered by Symbiosis MBA Institutes. The registration process (including the payment of the registration fee) for SNAP and Institutes can be completed on SNAP official website: snaptest.org. SNAP 2025 Registration and SNAP college form filling can be done in following steps:

• Log on to the SNAP official website: snaptest.org
• Click on the option “Apply for Symbiosis MBA via SNAP 2025”
• Go to 'Register' option
• Enter personal details, exam sessions (1 or 2) and test cities
• Upload scanned passport size photograph
• Pay fees of Rs 2,250
• After this registration, you should fill rest of the SNAP application form with academic details and college/course selection. 
• Pay Rs 1,000 per college/course.

SNAP exam pattern 2025 is divided into three sections with total 60 questions, to be solved in 60 minutes. Sections in SNAP exam pattern are: a) General English, b) Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency and c) Analytical & Logical Reasoning. Each Section has different number of questions and there is no section wise time limit. Based on previous year’s exam pattern, no questions on reading comprehension and data interpretation are asked.

SNAP Marking Pattern 2025 
SNAP 2025 marking scheme offers +1 mark for each correct answer and 0.25 negative marking for each incorrect answer.

Note that above exam pattern is based on SNAP 2024 paper. SNAP pattern has undergone some changes in previous years. In 2017, SNAP changed its exam format as Computer Based Test from earlier Paper Based Test. The SNAP 2019 exam structure was changed again with fewer number of questions. The SNAP Test 2020 structure was changed further due to Covid-19 pandemic to 60 questions and one hour duration exam which is being followed for last five years.
